ABOUT US

RHONDA (Owner/Founder) 

She loves all things outdoors, working out, and her dogs. She is humbled that she  is able to run her dream venue from her home base and thankful that she can  share this blessing of home with all of her couples, their families, and guests. As the Founder of Owl Ridge, Rhonda credits her history in owning a restaurant and  wedding catering since 1995 to her success in the industry. She has extensive  knowledge when it comes to the perfect wedding day. Rhonda has seen almost  every possible set up, situation, and dealt with all the things that can come up over  the years. She built and designed Owl Ridge with her husband, Chris. Loving every  minute of the chaos, Rhonda is by day a total boss to two mega successful  businesses, and still finds time to enjoy life with her family. Rhonda thrives on  being busy, staying organized and developing relationships with her couples so  that she can truly serve their wedding day needs to the fullest throughout the  planning process. Her vigorous and positive attitude will surely make you feel at  ease on your time spent with Owl Ridge.

LUKE (catering manager) 

Luke is passionate about food, travel, & cooking. He works hands on, initiating the  drive to keep our brand and content at the forefront of creating new and exciting  trends in dining, culinary and entertaining. He is always pushing forward new  initiatives that make their way into our amazing catering events. None of what  happens at Owl Ridge 

would be possible without him!

SAM (lead event coordinator/planner) 

When you think of all things creative and ultra-organized…think Sam! She is known  for her dependability, attention to detail, and total girls’ girl! Wanting someone to  take care of you on your wedding day? Sam will be there through thick-and-thin to  do just that! Sam is passionate about all things detail oriented and can color code  a To-Do list like you wouldn't believe! She will go above and beyond to make your  big day extra special with her creative designing skills, special unique touches, 

and go getter personality!

MARGIE (lead catering staff) 

Margie has catered with the company for over 29 years, she is a reliable leader  and catered many weddings. If you’re looking for someone to check over all the  details she is your gal! Not only does Margie have great catering skills, she has a  green thumb! She cares for all the beautiful landscaping at Owl Ridge!

At Owl Ridge, we love what we do and who we get to do it with. We all truly are  passionate about weddings! Every interaction from emailing, touring, or fast forward to your wedding and we’re serving up brunch and mixing up your drinks  we love taking care of YOU in everything we do! 


We want to you to feel like family, and know we truly care about you! We take great  pride in our experience and serving you is at the top of our list! We are located off of Highway 231 in Greencastle, IN, just minutes from
Interstate 70. Only one hour from Bloomington, 45 minutes from both
Indianapolis and Terre Haute and only 30 minutes away from
Indianapolis Airport.

    Yes, we have a bridal suite.

    We also have a designated space for the men.

  • How do I reserve a date?

    A 50% deposit is required to hold the date. Reserve your date by contacting us

  • Do you have sound equipment available for use?

  • What happens if we are planning for an outdoor ceremony and it rains?
